About us
MumSaid was founded by Hollywood interior designer Kimberley Green with the intention of offering UK shoppers exclusive access to nursery and children’s stuff they can otherwise only dream of.
We stock imported hand made and painted nursery furniture with designs from the whimsical to the classically elegant, baby and child luxury bedding and indulgent accessories for mothers and tiny tots.
Many of our lines are either custom made or are not available anywhere else in the UK or Europe. MumSaid supplies ornate cots in wood and iron, changing tables, dressers, armoires, wheeled bassinets, moses baskets, organic mattresses, the softest British-woven cashmere comfort blankets, silk puffer-cloud travel blankets, bibs, toys, gift sets, lighting and artwork – everything from the absolutely essential to the utterly sublime.
Put your princess to sleep in a pink iron cot, shaped like Cinderella’s coach and decked out with silk embroidered bedding filled with hand-spun silk and overhung with a precious glass slipper chandelier. Let your brave boy wake to a romantic fantasy of pirate ships and treasure islands, scenes of Wild West cowboys, daring pilots or intrepid archeologists.
We do not pretend to carry the cheapest lines: we know we carry the best. This is the way that nursery and children’s furniture used to be made. It will last a lifetime, can be handed down through the family and will charm generation after generation of children.
MumSaid also stocks some of the cutest children’s clothing you will find anywhere. It has cashmere hoodies with woven sleeve tattoos or endearing pictures of dinosaurs, tractors, hearts, roosters and bunnies. It has pink cashmere dresses decorated with motorcycles or cupcakes – special clothes for boys and girls, from the smallest rocker to the most ethereal fairy, from soft-soled mini biker boots to pettiskirt tutus in pink leopard with matching tee shirts decorated with organza roses.

While MumSaid is based in rural Lincolnshire and supplies many British manufactured items, it imports many lines from the USA and is currently developing an environmental strategy to compensate for the carbon emissions attached to its imports.
